We purchased Herald House in December 2014. It was a 100-year-old craftsman cottage divided into three dwellings, including 1970s additions.
We saw its tremendous potential and lived
in it for six years before embarking
on a major renovation.

The Stritt Design & Construction team did an exceptional job in helping design our dream beach house and bring it to fruition. Alex Stritt included everything we wanted in our brief and more. He opened up the spaces to add light and volume. He retained the house's envelope but reconfigured the layout to suit a young family.

To create a coastal Hamptons beach-style house close to the city of Sydney and Mosman locale. After living in New York and travelling extensively around the US, we love this type of architecture and how it fits seamlessly with the Australian lifestyle.
